Boost Your Body’s Collagen Level the Ayurvedic Way

The inevitable process of aging starts right at birth, though we humans try everything in our control to limit the signs of aging from showing up. Collagen – the scaffolding that holds up the human body

Collagen is the primary structural component of connective tissue in our body. Found in skin, muscles, joints, tendrils, etc., collagen composes one-third of the protein component of the human body and forms 75% of our skin’s support structure.
