6. FLAXSEEDS AND COLD PRESSED FLAXSEED OIL

    • Once you get flaxseed from the shop, clean it for any stone or dirt. Wipe on a towel and store in a bottle. Never dry in sunlight or wash with water or roast or fry
    • Flaxseed must be powdered when necessary, it must never be powdered and stored. The life of ground flaxseed powder is only 15 minutes. It oxidises within 15 minutes from powdering it and will be of no use to the body
    • Flaxseeds oil doesn’t have fibre and protein found in the seeds, but some manufacturers add back the lignans (found in the residue) so check the label on the bottles to know about this, if lignans are added, no need to add one tablespoon of flaxseeds while making the drink. This process is not done with the cold pressed oil that is available in Indian markets. Therefore, we recommend adding one tablespoon of freshly ground flaxseeds to the drink.
    • The oil bottles you get home must be refrigerated immediately or kept in cool and dark place
    • Flaxseed oil must never be used for cooking purpose as it easily oxidises if heated

    • For any type of Cancer patients, a combination of Flaxseed oil with Flaxseeds and Black Seed oil is best, for fast recovery, absorption and fibre
    • MEASURMENTS
      1 tablespoon = 15 grams
      1 teaspoon = 5 grams
      1 cup = 200 grams
    • For Children give one teaspoon of seeds + one teaspoon of cold pressed flax seed oil + ¼ teaspoon Black seed oil
    • Per day Cancer patients can consume up to 3 tablespoons of flaxseeds according to the intensity of the disease
    • Other ingredients must be ground separately. Fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, Turmeric, Black pepper powder and roasted Cumin and store in bottle once in 15 days. All the ingredients must be ground raw except Cumin. Salt and Cumin powder is optional, it is only added to enhance the taste of the drink
    • Another way to do the powder mix is to grind separately fenugreek seed 100 grams, Cinnamon 100 grams, black pepper 25 grams, Roasted cumin seeds 50 grams. Sift all separately. Mix all powders together like… fenugreek powder, cinnamon powder, roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste (optional). Store in a bottle, when using to make flax drink, for each glass add one teaspoon i.e. 5 grams of mix powder (it will be easy to use one teaspoon once, rather than adding 1/4th spoon of each ingredient separately)
    • Turmeric is anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant
    • Fenugreek lowers cholesterol and controls heart diseases
    • Cinnamon is immunity booster and helps in weight loss and controls blood sugar levels
    • The Pepper helps to absorb the turmeric. One pinch is enough for one portion
    • The ratio of flaxseeds to curds is 1:6
    • Liver and Pancreas cancer patients must start slowly and increase the quantity of the flaxseeds and oil. At the beginning they can start with one fourth cup of the drink for a week and half cup in the second week and so on (i.e. start with one teaspoon oil plus one teaspoon seeds)
    • For maximum absorption of both flaxseeds and cold pressed flaxseed oil, it must be blended with sulphurated amino acids (sulphur protein) like curd or cottage cheese (Paneer), this is done to make the electron rich oil water soluble so that its easily absorbed into the cell membrane
    • People who are allergic to curds can use Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
    • If patients are totally Lactose intolerant, they can consume CHIA SEEDS instead of flaxseed drink
    • Add 1/4th teaspoon of Kapikacchu powder ( Macuna Pruriens) with the flax seed drink to increase nerve strength
    • As maintenance even after treatment, one must take one tablespoon seed with one tablespoon of oil once daily for life time
    • For the flaxseed drink to work best for cancer, certain foods must be avoided like- sugar, excess animal fats, meats, margarine, butter, foods with excess preservatives

METHOD OF PREPARATION OF FLAXSEED DRINK

INGREDIENTS USED
    • Flaxseeds oil – 1 tablespoon
    • Kalonji oil – ½ teaspoon (Black Seed/ Nigella seeds/Mangrela )
    • Kapikacchu powder – 1/4 teaspoon (Velvet seed powder/ Macuna Pruriens Seeds/ Nasagunni Beeja)
    • Flaxseeds –1 tablespoon
    • Fenugreek seeds powder – 1/4 teaspoon ( methi powder)
    • Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon ( haldi powder)
    • Cinnamon powder – 1/4 teaspoon ( dalchini powder)
    • Pepper powder – pinch
    • Roasted Cumin seeds powder – ¼ teaspoon ( jeera powder)
    • Salt to taste
    • Curds – 100 grams( Dahi/ Yogurt)
HOW TO MAKE THE DRINK
    • In a small mixer grinder or coffee grinder put in the flaxseeds and grind finely
    • In a medium jar mixer grinder put in all ingredients,
      Ground flaxseeds
      Flaxseed oil
      Black Seed oil
      Kapikacchu powder
      Fenugreek powder
      Turmeric powder
      Cinnamon powder
      Cumin powder
      Pepper powder
      Salt
      Curd
      and give it a churn, switch off mixer grinder
    • Add ¾ cup water and give it another churn to make like butter milk so that all ingredients are mixed nicely, add water so that the consistency of the drink must not be too thick or too watery
    • Blend it well so that when it is poured into a glass, there must not be any oil seen floating i.e. both oil and curd must be blended well
    • Drink immediately or within 15 minutes

HOW TO CONSUME FLAXSEEDS AND OIL WITH COTTAGE CHEESE (PANEER)

This recipe can be easily made with an immersion blender, if one doesn’t have immersion blender it can be tried with a wet blade mixer grinder jar

    • Flaxseeds oil – 1 tablespoon
    • Flaxseeds – 1 tablespoon
    • Fenugreek seeds powder – 1/2 teaspoon (methi powder)
    • Kalonji oil – ½ teaspoon (Black onion seeds/ Black Seed/ Nigella seeds/Mangrela)
    • Kapikacchu powder – ½ teaspoon (Velvet seed powder/ Macuna Pruriens Seeds/ Nasagunni Beeja)
    • Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon (haldi powder)
    • Cinnamon powder – 1/2 teaspoon (dalchini powder)
    • Pepper powder – pinch
    • Roasted Cumin seeds powder – ½ teaspoon (jeera powder)
    • Salt to taste
    • Fresh Paneer – 100 grams(Dahi/ Yogurt)
    • Milk 2 to 5 tablespoon, Optional (for creamier texture)
  • In a mixing bowl put in crumbled Paneer and cold pressed flaxseed oil and blend until no traces of oil is seen
  • Add in all ingredients except milk and blend again, it will be like a paste form
  • To loosen it or to make it creamier, milk can be added according to the individual’s preferences
  • Its consistency will look just like ice-cream
  • To make it more palatable any one or more can be added to the recipe as a garnish – Coconut gratings, fresh juices of fruits, any berries, pineapple, cocoa powder banana, walnut or any fruit or nuts of one’s choice

7. CHIA SEEDS

People who are Lactose intolerant, can substitute CHIA SEEDS instead of Flaxseeds. When compared between CHIA and FLAXSEEDS, Flaxseeds is the best. Chia has more Omega3 and 6 fatty acids, but it does not contain all the other important features of Flaxseeds.

Methods of consuming Chia Seeds
Method 1

Soak one tablespoon or 15 grams of Chia Seeds in half a glass of normal water. Let it sit for 30 to 60 minutes. Drink water along with the seeds.Other ingredient that can be added to the Chia Seeds Drink are

    • Fenugreek seeds powder – 1/2 teaspoon (methi powder)
    • Kalonji oil – ½ teaspoon (Black onion seeds/ Black Seed/ Nigella seeds/Mangrela)
    • Kapikacchu powder – ½ teaspoon (Velvet seed powder/ Macuna Pruriens Seeds/ Nasagunni Beeja)
    • Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon (haldi powder)
    • Cinnamon powder – 1/2 teaspoon (dalchini powder)
    • Pepper powder – pinch
    • Roasted Jeera Powder ½ teaspoon
    • Salt to taste (optional)
METHOD 2

Soaked Chia can be drunk just plain i.e. soak for half hour/ one hour / overnight and drink or add the above listed ingredients and drink
It can be soaked overnight, it will look just like jelly, scoop in a spoon and eat or add more water and drink

NOTE

Its highly dangerous to eat chia in dry form because it can choke. Its recommended to eat that has been soaked in water or juice.

8.MIRACLE DRINKS SUPPLEMENTS

    • Always drinks Miracle Drinks in empty stomach
    • For easy absorption the medicine must be slightly hot while drinking
    • Give a gap of half hour after drinking the supplements, let it be absorbed by body first, later have breakfast or lunch or dinner
    • If taking only one supplement, pour 15 ml or 1 cap into a glass. Add little hot water. Drink it. If taking more than one supplements, pour 1 cap each or 15ml each in a glass and add little hot water and drink. Don’t add too much of hot water, because the supplements are slightly bitter in taste. If wanted, drink more fresh water after drinking the supplement
    • Always go easy when starting the medicine for the first time. Start with half cap (7.5 ml) initially for a week and then increase the dosage to one cap (15 ml)
    • For kidney and Liver cancer patients, don’t add water. Warm the medicines in a small saucepan and drink directly

9.LAKSHMAN PHAL LEAVES TEA (SOUR SOP/ GUYABANO/ GRAVIOLA)

    • Boil a glass of water
    • Take 2 leaves of Graviola and tear it and put it in the boiling water

      Let it boil on simmer for 5 minutes

      Filter it

      Add very little honey or Jaggery to taste (optional)

      Drink

10.SUGAR, OXYGEN AND CANCER

Two important points to keep in mind for cancer patients are

    • Sugar is the main food of cancer cells
    • Cancer cells grow in anaerobic environment (WHERE THERE IS LESS OXYGEN)
NOTE
    • For cancer cells not to grow or spread, go sugarless. Don’t eat Sugar, Dairy products, excess non-vegetarian foods, refined carbohydrates (Maida) and fats as this will make the blood more acidic.

    • Pump more oxygen by doing Pranayama 15 minutes daily and drink flax drink thrice daily or twice flaxseed drink and once Chia seeds

11.DIFFERENT WAYS OF ALKALIZING THE BODY NATURALLY

    • Drink more water, about 6 to 8 glasses of water throughout the day, keep body hydrated
    • To warm water add a whole lemon juice and ¼ th teaspoon of honey and drink first in the morning
    • Consume high potassium foods like Banana and Lemon
    • To a glass of water add 5 grams (one teaspoon) of Cooking Soda and drink
    • To a glass of water add 30 ml lemon juice and a teaspoon of Cooking soda and drink
    • To a glass of water add one teaspoon (5 ml) of Apple Cider Vinegar and drink
    • Mix lemon juice to salads
    • Reduce non-vegetarian foods that makes body pH more acidic, before half hour of having breakfast or Lunch or dinner have Apple Cider Vinegar. To half a glass of water add half to One teaspoon to one tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and drink. By doing this the alkalinity of blood will stabilise to 7 – 7.4 even after having acidic food
    • In daily diet add at least one alkaline food like lemon, avocado, leafy vegetables, root vegetables, Garlic, cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli

13. WHEATGRASS JUICE

Method of growing wheatgras
    • Take Wheat in a bowl and wash thoroughly and soak in water for 12 hours
    • Remove water and keep closed for a day or two so that itsprouts
    • Spread the sprouts on a plate about half inch and close with a wet towel
    • Once a day spray with water or without disturbing the seeds from the sides of the plate keep under running water and drain the excess water and again put wet cloth, once the grass begins to grow, keep in shade and let it grow till 3 to 4 inches. Keep spraying water once a day
    • Cut the grass needed and chop and put in a mixer grinder and make paste by adding water. Add more water and strain and drink with pinch salt and pepper powder
    • Few tablespoons of juice can be added with other juices
    • Never drink any juice in concentrated form, always dilute with water
    • Can grow wheat grass back to back or as and when needed
    • No soil is needed to grow it
    • Wheat grass is full of vital nutrients, Chlorophyll, it helps oxygenate the body. It has many other benefits too

14.DRY SEEDS MIX

      Take equal quantities of

    • Sunflower seeds
    • Apricot seeds (Kernels)
    • Bitter Almond Kernels
    • Pumpkin seeds
    • Sesame seeds
    • Take all the seeds in equal quantities. Mix all together and store in a bottle
    • Eat this during snack time daily. Eat at least 5 Apricot seeds, 5 Bitter almond Seeds, half a tablespoon of others

15. PREBIOTIC DIET

    • Garlic – 2 to 4 flakes
    • Ginger – 1/4th inch
    • Fenugreek seeds – one teaspoon
    • Lemon drink – (one glass of warm water + half lemon juice + honey 2 drops)
    • How to take Prebiotics
    • Chew all the three ingredients and drink the lemon juice
NOTE
    • Fenugreek seeds can be taken in two ways.
    • Method 1– wash one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and soak in little water overnight. When using, drink the water and chew the seeds
    • Method 2– wash 50 grams of fenugreek seeds and soak in water for 12 hours. Remove all water and keep it closed for two days to sprout. Store in glass jar in fridge. Use when needed.

16.LEMON JUICE DRINK

INGREDIENTS USED
    • Lemon 1
    • Warm water 1 tall glass
    • 1 tablespoon of honey mix (take only about ¼th teaspoon honey, recipe given below)
    • While drinking it must be warm, adjust by adding hot water
    • Mix all the ingredients, first chew the garlic, ginger, turmeric, amla pieces first and drink the juice
    • Drink this first thing after you wake up
NOTE

How to make HONEY MIX
In a glass bottle fill in –

    • Half bottle of honey
    • Handful of Garlic skinned
    • Handful of skinned ginger sliced
    • Handful of fresh turmeric root skinned and sliced
    • Handful of Amla slices
    • Mix all and keep in fridge. Use when required. When you take a spoonful of honey mix to use, seethat each piece of the above Ingredients are in it.

17. TURMERIC TABLETS

HOW TO CONSUME TURMERIC
METHOD 1

Take 1/4th inch fresh root, deskin it and chew it with a peppercorn or a pinch of pepper powder

METHOD 2

Take about half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper powder, add few drops of water so that the powder gets wet and a small round tablet like can be made with finger tips. It can be popped into mouth just like taking any other tablet. This is the easiest method because turmeric is very pungent to taste. This can be taken twice a day. Try with very little powder and then increase the dose.

Method 3

Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and a pinch of pepper powder to water, Stir and drink

NOTE

Studies show that turmeric is poorly absorbed into bloodstream. So a pinch of black pepper powder is added. Pepper contains PIPERINE, a natural substance that enhances the absorption of turmeric by 2000%.

18.BANANA STEM JUICE

Method of Preparation of one portion of Banana Stem juice
    • Take one to two-inch-thick roundel of fresh Banana Stem
    • Chop it into small pieces and make a paste in a small jar of the mixer grinder. It will become a paste. Add little water and grind again. Take it to a glass. It can be drunk plain bland or it can be added to any fresh fruit juice or buttermilk or tender coconut water. Powders that can be added are Salt, roasted Jeera powder, Pepper powder. Any one or all can be added for taste
NOTE
    • Never sieve or strain the mixture. Drink with the fibres for maximum effect
    • Dry vegetable can be prepared with Banana Stem or chopped stem can be mixed with Raita or salad

19. MIRACLE DRINKS VEGETABLE – FRUIT JUICE

NOTE
    • Never drink concentrated juice, it must be always diluted before consuming
    • Experiment first by taking little quantity and see whether it suits your body and then increase, because some people are allergic to certain fruits and vegetables
    • Never add sugar to juices, a pinch of salt and pepper can be added to avoid throat irritation, to avoid this irritation always rinse the mouth or gargle with water and drink it or flush the throat by drinking more water, after drinking juices
    • Always make that much quantity of juice needed

Drinking juice first thing in the morning is always good as it will absorb quickly and boosts energy. It’s much better than coffee. Always drink on empty stomach.

WHAT GADGET TO USE FOR JUICING

MIXIE GRINDER – BLENDER

If using mixer grinder with wet blade, put all ingredients and grind first then add water and grind again, otherwise it doesn’t grind properly. Filter in a strainer and drink. Without filtering it can be consumed as Smoothies as fibre or pulp will be retained. But most people do not like to drink it with pulp even though it is finely ground, so filtering is necessary. By using mixer grinder one can choose whether to drink smoothies or juice.

JUICER – JUICING MACHINE

Juicer is the fastest and easiest way to press fruits or vegetables juices. The disadvantage of using juicer is, it leaves behind all pulp or fibre and the concentrated pure juice is ready to consume within few minutes. The pulp can be used for other purposes like cooking soups, pasta gravy, chutneys, knead doughs of chapati etc. Few people add back the pulp to the juice and drink as Smoothies. Always dilute concentrated juices with water to avoid throat irritation or loose motion.

JUICE RECIPE

Ingredients to make one glass

    • Spinach leaves 1 bunch
    • Mint few
    • Betel leaves 3
    • Wheat grass
    • Apple 1 or Beetroot ½ or carrot 1 (any one of these can be used)
    • Cucumber 1
    • Ginger ¼ inch
    • Salt pinch (optional)
    • Pepper powder pinch
    • Cinnamon powder a pinch
PREPARATION
    • Blend all ingredients in a mixer grinder. Add little water and blend again. Add salt, pepper powder, Cinnamon powder. Drink like a smoothie or filter and drink

INGREDIENTS
    • Water 1.5 litres
    • Cabbage – 1 medium(chopped)
    • Onions – 1 big (chopped)
    • Capsicum – 1 big (chopped)
    • Tomato -1 big (chopped)
    • Moringa leaves – 2 fistful (Hindi – sehajan patta, Kannada – Nugge soppu)
    • Pepper powder
    • Salt
METHOD OF PREPARATION
    • Boil water
    • Add all chopped vegetables
    • Add Moringa leaves
    • When it starts to boil, keep flame in simmer and close lid and cook for 20 minutes
    • Strain and discard the vegetables
    • To the clear soup add salt and pepper powder to taste
    • Drinktwice or thrice daily, it gives lot of energy
NOTE
    • Moringa leaves is considered as one of the super foods
    • It’s highly nutritious, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and tissue protective
    • It’s the cheapest way to prevent diseases as it’s abundantly available in India
    • Though both leaves, and its fruits are edible, its leaves are highly nutritious

22.INCREASING HB (HAEMOGLOBIN)

NOTE

TO INCREASE HB, IRON RICH FOODS ALONE CANNOT BE ABSORBED BY THE BODY, IT REQUIRES VITAMIN C. THEREFORE BOTH FOODS MUST BE TAKEN

    • Take figs either dried or fresh, one in the morning and one in the evening

POINTS TO REMEMBER BEFORE STARTING PRANAYAMA
    • Pump more oxygen to cells by doing Pranayama
    • Doing Pranayama for 15 minutes daily help the body to pump more oxygen. If possible do it twice, once in the morning and once in the evening

    • Now use your thumb (right hand) to close the right side of your nose. Inhale deeply using the left nostril
    • Now close the left nostril and exhale using the right nostril
    • In the same way, now with the left nostril still closed, inhale using the right nostril and exhale with the left one
Do Meditation for 5 minutes
    • Meditation means to close eyes and to sit in a comfortable position and observe the inhalation and exhalation

24.FOR BREAST CANCER

    • SESAME SEEDS
      • 1 tablespoon of Sesame seeds (white or black)
      • Add very little Jaggery or a pinch of salt and eat. It can be slightly roasted or raw
