INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

    • A tall glass of warm water, Juice of one lemon 1/4 teaspone honey
    • Garlic 2 flakes
    • Ginger ¼ inch
    • Methi seeds sprouts 1 teaspoon/ soaked methi seeds overnight (Fenugreek)
    • Ghee or Coconut Oil 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION

    • Make lemon drink first, take a tall glass of warm water and squeeze half or one whole lemon juice and mix one teaspoon of honey
    • De- skinned 2 or 4 Garlic flakes
    • De- skinned Ginger 1/4th inch
    • Fenugreek seeds can be taken in two ways
        1. Soak one teaspoon i.e. 5 grams overnight daily, next morning, drink or remove water and take only the seeds
        2. Make sprouts of Fenugreek and store in a container in refrigerator. Keep a napkin paper in the bottle so that it will absorb all the moisture and will be fresh for a week or 10 days

    HOW TO TAKE PREBIOTICS

      • Chew all the three ingredients first and drink the lemon juice. After taking Prebiotic. Rinse mouth or brush, otherwise stinking smell of Garlic
      • Garlic and Ginger is very hot to chew, keep chewing and drink the lemon juice to avoid any irritation in the mouth
      • Fresh turmeric root slices, amla slices can also be added
