Moringa Oleifera Soup (Drumstick Tree Leaves)

This soup is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Ingredients required to prepare 0.5L(17fl.Oz.) of Moringa Soup –
    1. Water – 500 ml
    2. Moringa Leaves – Handful
    3. Onion – 1 medium chopped fine
    4. Tomato – 1 medium chopped fine
    5. Black Pepper – To taste
    6. Ginger – 1 inch pounded
    7. Garlic – 4 flakes pounded
    8. Ghee (Clarified Butte) – 1 Teaspoon
    9. Coriander leaves – Few chopped fine
    10. Salt – To taste
Method of preparation –
    • Boil water
    • Add all ingredients except seasonings
    • Simmer for 10 minutes
    • Strain
    • Add seasonings
NOTE –
    • Moringa leaves has a strong taste, adding handful is enough
    • If using dried powder, add 1 teaspoon
