DIFFERENT WAYS OF CONSUMING MORINGA

1. MORINGA TEA USING FRESH LEAVES

INGREDIENTS

  1. Fresh Moringa leaves - 1 tablespoon (15 grams)
  2. Water 200 ml

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Boil water
  • Put in the Moringa leaves, simmer for few minutes, strain
  • Drink with or without honey

2. HOW TO MAKE MORINGA POWDER

  • Take fresh leaves
  • Spread on a cloth or paper to dry in shade
  • Put in a mixer grinder and powder it
  • Pass through a sieve
  • Store in airtight bottle

3.MORINGA TEA USING POWDER

  • Water 200 ml
  • Moringa dried powder -1 teaspoon

METHOD OF PREPARATION

  • Boil water and switch off
  • Put in Moringa powder, close lid
  • After 5 minutes, strain
  • Drink with or without honey

4. MORINGA DRINK

Add ½ or one teaspoon of moringa powder to any juice of your choice and drink. Example
