The spice drink is a simple concoction which can be prepared with ingredients easily available in the kitchen. This drink helps people who suffer from chronic cough, dry cough and cold. It also helps with good digestion. It helps those suffering from lung disorders resulting from Covid-19 infection.

Ingredients to make one portion

  1. Ginger - ½ inch
  2. Black Pepper - 10
  3. Cloves - 2
  4. Cardamom - 1
  5. Cinnamon - ½ inch
  6. Jaggery - to taste
  7. Water – 250 ml

Preparation –

  • Pound all the spices
  • Bring water to boil
  • Add the ingredients and bring it to boil
  • Simmer for few minutes
  • Strain/ filter

NOTE -

For quick and easy preparation, pound all the four spices in equal quantity and store in a bottle.
