    INGREDIENTS

      • Water 1.5 litres 
      • Cabbage 1 medium ( chopped) 
      • Onion 1 big ( chopped) 
      • Capsicum 1 big ( chopped)
      • Tomato - 1 big ( chopped)
      • Moringa leaves 2 fistful ( Hindi – sahjan patta, Kannada – Nugge soppu )
      • Pepper powder
      • Salt

    METHOD OF PREPARATION

      • Boil water
      • Add all chopped vegetables
      • Add Moringa leaves
      • When it starts to boil, keep flame in simmer and close lid and cook for 20 minutes
      • Strain
      • Add salt and pepper powder to taste
      • Drink twice or thrice daily, it gives lot of energy
