INGREDIENTS FOR ONE PORTION

  • Boiled Rice – ½ cup
  • Buttermilk – 1 ½ cup

PREPARATION METHOD

Add buttermilk to the boiled rice. Mix both and leave it overnight. It will be ready to consume next morning. Add seasonings of your choice like salt, cumin powder, chopped green chillis, chopped onions etc.
