Please send us an email with the following data within 48 hours of the delivery date if the product has a leak or has been damaged during the delivery process. Any goods that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packing, and can be proven to be damaged or malfunctioning will be replaced. Please anticipate one to three weeks for your replacement request to be properly handled and concluded after you return your goods.
Please contact us at email@example.com with the following information within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise you wish to replace or get refunded for:
- Invoice number
- Complaint Order Number
- Please indicate whether you are a "I am Rejuvenating" Club Member or not, as well as your card number and the specifics of your request or complaint.
- We cannot process the request unless we have images or videos to corroborate the complaint with Batch information clearly apparent, as shown below
- Clear photographs or video of non-sealed, leaking, or damaged items, as well as clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton, and exterior package images, are required if the product is not sealed, leaking, or broken. Along with the aforementioned, please supply photographs to indicate the seal has been tampered with if such is the allegation.
- Clear photographs or video of the empty/ faulty/ product with less volume/ product missing/ or incorrect product delivered, as well as clear images or video of spillage (if any), mono-carton and exterior packaging images.
- Clear photographs or video of the mono-carton and bottle if the interior packaging and outside packaging received is very dusty.
- Mono carton refers to the individual Miracledrinks box/packing. To process claims, images are necessary.
After receiving all of the information, our staff will respond to the complaint, inquiry, or issue within 3 working days. If your complaint is authorised for an exchange, you will be notified with an authorization number and a reverse pick-up of the product will be scheduled. If you seek a product refund, the reimbursement will appear in your account within 10-15 days after your request is processed, and you will receive an email confirming the same
All replaced items must be returned to us in the exact packaging they were received in, with the original receipt and a document that says the following:
- Address of the Dispatcher
- Order Number
- Customers Name & address
- The package's contents
