Ways Of Consuming Turmeric
    1. Tablet Form

Take about half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a pinch of black pepper powder, add few drops of water so that the powder gets wet and a small round tablet like can be made with finger tips. It can be popped into mouth just like taking any other tablet. This is the easiest method because turmeric is very pungent to taste. This can be taken once a day. Try with very little powder and then increase the dose .

    2. Powder Form

Take half a glass of water. Add half teaspoon turmeric powder and a pinch of pepper powder. Stir. Drink

NOTE

Studies show that turmeric is poorly absorbed into bloodstream. So a pinch of black pepper powder is added. Pepper contains PIPERINE, a natural substance that enhances the absorption of turmeric by 2000%.
