RAW LEACHED VEGETABLE JUICE

Note – All the ingredients (except for coriander leaves) should be added to this recipe in equal proportion; all these vegetables must be leached before the preparation of the juice. Ingredients – 

  1. Beetroot
  2. Bottle Gourd
  3. Carrot
  4. Cabbage
  5. Cucumber
  6. Celery or Coriander Leaves - About 20 grams
  7. Amla OR Lemon OR Starfruit
  8. Betel Leaf - 1

Preparation – 

  • Use a juice extractor or any other modes available to extract juice from the vegetables
