Ingredients –

  1. Any Vegetables – 250 grams, cubed or chopped (No raw/green banana)
  2. Onion – 1 small, chopped
  3. Tomato – 1 small (deseeded)
  4. Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  5. Mint Leaves - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  6. Green Chili - 1
  7. Ginger and Garlic Paste – ½ teaspoon
  8. Garam Masala - To taste
  9. Turmeric Powder – a pinch
  10. Water – 1 cup

Preparation -

  • Take all the ingredients in a pressure cooker.
  • Cook for two whistles or until the curry is cooked.

Note –

  • For Kidney, heart, liver patients, vegetables must be leached first
  • Do not add salt, fats or oil
  • Any seasonings of choice can be added
