Vegetable Soup

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- Water 1.5 liters
- Cabbage 1 medium (chopped)
- Onion 1 big (chopped)
- Capsicum 1 big (chopped)
- Tomato - 1 big (chopped)
- Moringa leaves(optional) -2 fistfuls (Hindi – sahjan patta,Kannada - Nugge soppu)
- Pepper powder
- Salt
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Boil water
- Add all chopped vegetables
- When it starts to boil, close lid and simmer for 20 minutes
- Strain / filter
- Add salt and pepper powder to taste
- Drink twice or thrice daily, it gives lot of energy
