Ingredients –
- Mushroom - 250grams (halved)
- Ginger – ½ inch
- Garlic Paste – 4 flakes
- Green Chilis - 1
- Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon
- Mint Leaves – ½ tablespoon
- Lemon Juice – few drops
Preparation –
- Make a paste of all the spices
- Smear this paste on the mushroom
Method -
- Heat a wok / khadai, put in all the prepared mushroom
- Cook till done, mushroom will leave water, no need to add extra water to cook, if needed add few spoons of water
- Keep stirring once in a while to avoid burning
NOTE -
- It can be cooked in many ways, like steamed or baked
