Ingredients –

  1. Mushroom - 250grams (halved)
  2. Ginger – ½ inch
  3. Garlic Paste – 4 flakes
  4. Green Chilis - 1
  5. Coriander Leaves – 1 tablespoon
  6. Mint Leaves – ½ tablespoon
  7. Lemon Juice – few drops

Preparation –

  • Make a paste of all the spices
  • Smear this paste on the mushroom

Method -

  • Heat a wok / khadai, put in all the prepared mushroom
  • Cook till done, mushroom will leave water, no need to add extra water to cook, if needed add few spoons of water
  • Keep stirring once in a while to avoid burning

  • It can be cooked in many ways, like steamed or baked
